Shipping & Dispatch
  • All purchases are shipped from our primary warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, via our trusted courier partners.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Timeframe
  • India-wide Delivery: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Process
  • Order deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we recommend arranging for a family member, colleague, or neighbour to receive the package on your behalf to ensure its safety.
  • Xtovia is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.
Damages & Claims
  • We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order is damaged upon arrival, please report it to our customer service team on the day of delivery. Any claims related to shortages or damages must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product after the delivery has been completed.
