Shipping & Dispatch

  • All purchases are shipped from our primary warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, via our trusted courier partners.
  • Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday (on a working day) will be shipped on the same day. Orders recieved after 6:00PM or on Sunday/Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Shipping and handling charges may apply and can vary based on the product, packaging size, and delivery location. Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of placing order.
  • All applicable charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make your payment. There are no hidden costs.

Delivery Timeframe & Process
  • India-wide Delivery: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Order deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Proof of Delivery may be required by the delivery partners upon delivery. Xtovia is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.
Damages & Claims
  • We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you recieve a already damaged product or have a manufacturing defect, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours, Any claims related to shortages or damages must be made within the 48 hours upon receipt of the goods.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that is reported after 48 hours of the delivery of the products.
