Risk-Free trial offer applies only to one trial kit per customer, purchased from xtovia.com. Refund requests must be emailed to listening@xtovia.com within 10 days of delivery. Full-size kits, bundles and repeat trial purchases are covered by our standard refund policy.

Refund Policy For Our Risk-Free Trial for Trial Size Kit

  • Use the Trial Kit for at least 2-3 washes to see the best results
  • Love it? Upgrade to the full-size & 100% of your trial kit cost gets adjusted.
  • At the time of the checkout you will get an option to redeem the cashback points earned for our Trial Size Kit.
  • Not satisfied after trying the Trial Kit for 3–5 washes?
    Email listening@xtovia.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number to request a refund.
    Applicable only to the first Trial Kit purchased from xtovia.com. Full-size kits, bundles, repeat trial purchases, marketplace purchases and offline purchases are excluded.

How Your Cash Wallet Works for Upgrade to Full Size Kit

When your trial kit is delivered, ₹500 is credited to your Cash Wallet. Use it to upgrade to the full-size kit (MRP ₹ 5000/-) and you'll only pay ₹4,500. The cashback has to be redeemed at the checkout page.

Your Cash Wallet balance is valid for 30 days from the date of credit and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.

Not Loving It? Get a Full Refund for Trial Kit

Hair care products often need a few washes to show results. If you don't like it in the first wash, first check that you're using the products correctly — see our how-to-use guide. Give the full range a sincere attempt across 2-3 washes before deciding.

If you still don't love it, we're happy to process a full refund equal to amount paid after any other discount or offer. Email listening@xtovia.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and we'll process the final amount paid by you for the trial kit after any other discount or offer.

Important to Know

  1. One per customer — Cash Wallet credit and refund are applicable on the first Trial Kit purchased by a customer from xtovia.com.
  2. No Bundles — This offer does not apply to full-size products, bundles, repeat trial purchases, offline purchases or marketplace purchases.
  3. Fair use — Xtovia reserves the right to deny credits or refunds if misuse or breach of terms is detected.

 

Standard Refund Policy for Other Than Risk Free Trial

For all other situations, here is how we handle returns:

1. Initiate a Return/Replacement Request

Please raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received products with manufacturing defects.

To initiate a request, please email our support team at listening@xtovia.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product(s) you have received.

2. Review of Your Request

Once we receive your request, please allow our team up to 2 working days to review the details and get back to you with the next steps.

3. Product Verification & Resolution

On successful verification of the issue after analysing the pictures and information shared to our satisfaction we will ship the replacement within next working day.

In certain cases where it is utmost important, we may request for a reverse pickup for the product from your location where we want to analyse the issue or for our quality investigation purpose. Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will conduct a verification against your claim.

  • Upon successful verification, we will immediately dispatch a replacement or initiate your refund.
  • Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund.

Important Conditions & Exclusions

  • Full-Size Products: Our return policy does not apply to opened or used Full-Size Products, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
  • Sale Items: We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any products purchased during a offline sale or promotional event, unless the product is damaged or incorrect on delivery
  • Post-Delivery Damage: Xtovia is not liable for any damage that occurs to the product after it has been delivered to you.

The Refund Process

Once your return is verified and a refund is approved, we will initiate the process within 24 working hours. In case of Cash On Delivery orders we will require your Bank Account Details and may process refunds within 24 working hours after receiving the payment. You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS once the refund has been processed from our end. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment account.
