Referrals Term & Conditions

1. Cashback Points Redemption: Customers can redeem cashback points for up to 50% of the total cart value.

2. Discount Code & Loyalty Points: Discount codes and loyalty points cannot be used simultaneously in the same order.

3. Product Eligibility: Cashback points are applicable only to selected products on Xtovia and cannot be converted into real cash or withdrawn.

4. Program Modification & Termination: Xtovia reserves the right to modify the referral and loyalty program rules or discontinue the program at any time, without prior notice.

5. Customer Eligibility: To refer someone and earn reward points, you must have placed at least one order with Xtovia.
